WE HAD OUR INAUGURAL 2 CLASSES IN 2022. OUR GRADUATES COMPLETED THE PROGRAM, AND THEN WENT ON TO EITHER FIND EMPLOYMENT THROUGH US, OR GO BACK TO A JOB AND FAMILY BACK HOME. WE STARTED SMALL TO PROVE OUR MODEL WITH THE GOAL OF SUBSTANTIALLY GROWING THE PROGRAM IN SUBSEQUENT YEARS.
