SHINE TOGETHER IS DEDICATED TO BENEFITING THE YOUTH AND THEIR FAMILIES IN JOHNSON COUNTY AND SURROUNDING COUNTIES.

Part 3 - Line 4a
MEETING THE FOOD INSECURITIES OF OVER 409 HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS. WE ARE IN 11 HS ACROSS JOHNSON AND HILL COUNTIES. WE PROVIDED DENTAL, OPTICAL ASSISTANCE THIS YEAR, AND PURCHASED WALKING AIDS FOR A BLIND CHILD. PROVIDING HAIR CARE FOR SOME GIRLS AS WELL AS HOSTING PROM AND PROVIDING FORMAL DRESSES , HAIR AND MAKEUP FOR ANY GIRLS NEEDING HELP AGAIN THIS YEAR. GRANTED ONE FAMILY CHRISTMAS WISHES. PURCHASED CLOTHS AND BACKPACKS FOR ANOTHER FAMILY. WE HAVE HELPED ASSIST SEVERAL FOOD BANKS BY SHARING ITEMS THAT WE HAVE AS WELL.
WE GAVE AWAY 3000.00 IN SCHOLARSHIPS THIS YEAR.
