BUILDING UPON WHAT HAS BEEN STUDIED, THE INSTITUTE HAS PARTNERED WITH LOCAL INITIATIVES TO INSTANTIATE SOME OF THESE IDEAS IN REVITALIZING THE APPALACHIAN CITY OF STEUBENVILLE, OH TO HELP MORE PEOPLE WORK AND WORK WELL.
