SSC ALSO UNDERTAKES EDUCATIONAL AND OTHER ACTIVITIES TO PROMOTE THE USE OF THE BENEFITS OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT BY THE AMERICAN INDUSTRIAL BASE.
