WITH CONSTRUCTION OF THE ORGANIZATION'S BUILDING COMPLETED DURING THE REPORTING PERIOD, OUR WORK TO ENSURE OPPORTUNITIES FOR YOUNG PEOPLE TO EXPRESS THEMSELVES, DISCOVER THE ARTS, AND CREATE CONNECTIONS WAS MANIFEST IN 1) CREATING LISTENING SESSIONS THROUGHOUT THE COMMUNITY TO ENGAGE NEIGHBORHOODS AND COMMUNITY PARTNERS WITH OUR MISSION; 2) ESTABLISHING CONNECTIONS WITH YOUTH ARTS PROGRAM PROVIDERS THROUGHOUT THE CITY TO ENSURE DIVERSE REPRESENTATION OF THE ARTS; 3) DEVELOPING AND FOCUSING A LENS OF EQUITY, DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION IN HIRING, BOARD DEVELOPMENT, AND ORGANIZATIONAL ETHOS.
