THE COURTYARD IS A SUBSIDIZED HOUSING COMPLEX, WITH 34 UNITS FOR YOUTH AGES 18-24 THAT ARE AGING OUT OF THE FOSTER CARE SYSTEM AND/OR ARE CURRENTLY OR EXPERIENCED HOMELESSNESS AS A RESULT OF AGING OUT OF THE FOSTER CARE SYSTEM. CHILL OFFERS A MYRIAD OF WRAP AROUND SUPPORTS TO THESE YOUNG ADULTS TO ENSURE HOUSING STABILITY. THESE SUPPORTS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING SUPPORTIVE SERVICES: EMPLOYMENT, FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT, EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES, CHILD DEVELOPMENT AND NEW PARENTING SUPPORT, DAILY LIFE SKILLS, AS WELL AS CREATING A PLAN FOR THE FUTURE, ALL WHILE CONNECTING THESE YOUNG ADULTS TO OTHER COMMUNITY AGENCIES, CHURCHES, EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCES, PROGRAMS, OR SUPPORTIVE INDIVIDUALS TO ASSIST THEM AS THEY MOVE INTO ADULT LIFE.
