TO ACHIEVE THE ORGANIZATIONS MISSION, CORE HAS CREATED A 2-YEAR TRAINING PROGRAM FOR CORE MENTORS AND COUNSELORS, DESIGNED TO CREATE MORE ACCESS POINTS TO GUIDANCE AND COUNSEL FOR WOMEN. THE FIRST COHORT HAS GRADUATED AND THE SECOND COHORT IS SET TO BEGIN. THE ORGANIZATION HAS CREATED NETWORKING PLATFORMS AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR CLOSE TO 1,800 WOMEN FROM 16 COUNTRIES. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO SPONSORS TRIPS, EVENTS, WEEKENDS, MEETINGS, AND DISCUSSIONS WITH WOMEN LEADERS WORLDWIDE.
