THE FOUNDATION IS A CALIFORNIA NON-PROFIT PUBLIC BENEFIT CORPORATION FORMED TO OPERATE AS A SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION TO VICTOR TREATMENT CENTERS, INC. ("VTC") AND VICTOR COMMUNITY SUPPORT SERVICES ("VCSS"). ITS PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO VTC AND VCSS IN THE ADVANCEMENT OF THEIR CHARITABLE MISSIONS.

GRANTS FOR THE REPORTING PERIOD INCLUDED $500,000 TO FUND INVESTMENT IN FACILITIES INFRASTRUCTURE FOR CHILD HAVEN, AND AFFILIATE OF VICTOR COMMUNITY SUPPORT SERVICES (VCSS) LOCATED IN FAIRFIELD, CA; $300,000 TO VCSS SUPPORT THE COST OF IMPLEMENTING A NEW HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM; $100,000 TO VCSS TO ASSIST IN THE REDESIGN OF HUMAN RESOURCES OPERATIONS AND INVEST IN CULTURE DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES; AND, $50,000 TO VCSS FOR LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES.EDUCATIONAL GRANTS WERE PROVIDED TO FORMER CLIENTS OF VTC AND VCSS TO SUPPORT THEIR ENROLLMENT IN HIGHER EDUCATION PROGRAMS.
