THE MEMORIAL CENTER IS A NON-GOVERNMENTAL CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO HONORING THE MEMORY OF THE VICTIMS OF THE BABI YAR TRAGEDY AND PROMOTING HUMANIZATION BY PRESERVING AND STUDYING THE HISTORY OF THE HOLOCAUST.
