SUMMIT HEALTH FOUNDATION IS A COMMUNITY-BASED, NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT EXISTS TO INSPIRE GIFTS AND GRANTS FROM INDIVIDUALS, FOUNDATIONS, CORPORATIONS, AND OTHER ENTITIES TO SUPPORT THE HEALTH AND WELL-BEING OF PEOPLE IN FRANKLIN COUNTY AND COMMUNITIES IN ADJACENT CUMBERLAND COUNTY. THE ORGANIZATION CONDUCTS FUNDRAISING ACTIVITIES AND SEEKS GRANT FUNDING ON BEHALF OF WELLSPAN SUMMIT HEALTH, WAYNESBORO HOSPITAL, CHAMBERSBURG HOSPITAL, SUMMIT PHYSICIAN SERVICES AND THEIR AFFILIATES.
