THE BONHOEFFER PROJECT IS A PROCESS THROUGH WHICH WE TURN LEADERS INTO DISCIPLEMAKERS. OVER THE COURSE OF TEN MONTHS, LEADERS EXAMINE THEIR UNDERSTANDING OF THE GOSPEL, AND WHAT IT ACTUALLY MEANS TO BE A DISCIPLE. THROUGH A HEALTHY TENSION CREATED BY THE SYNERGY IN THE GROUP, EACH MEMBER WORKS TO CREATE A PLAN, A DISCIPLESHIP FLOW PROCESS, THAT ENABLES HIM/HER TO ENGAGE THOSE IN THEIR CONTEXT TO MAKE DISCIPLES WHO WILL MAKE OTHER DISCIPLES, WHO WILL MAKE OTHER DISCIPLES AND SO ON. THROUGH THIS PROCESS, LEADERS ARE TRANSFORMED INTO DISCIPLEMAKERS.
