BLAZE INTERNATIONAL, WITH THE COOPERATION OF LOCAL CHURCHES AND MISSION AGENCIES, OFFERS BIBLICAL COACHING FOR MISSIONARIES PREPARING FOR THE MISSION FIELD AND THOSE CURRENTLY SERVING AS LONG TERM FIELD PARTNERS. COACHING INCLUDES: PRE-FIELD COACHING: ONE-ON-ONE RELATIONAL SESSIONS WITH INDIVIDUALS & FAMILIES INTENDED TO HELP ALIGN THEIR LIVES WITH GOD'S PRIORITIES TO EFFECTIVELY PURSUE HIS CALLING, EQUIPPING THEM FOR THE SPIRITUAL AND EMOTIONAL CHALLENGES ON THE FIELD. IN 2021, 19 FAMILIES COMPLETED PRE-FIELD COACHING. ON-FIELD TRAINING: INTENTIONAL, OVERSEAS TRAINING FOR TEAMS HELPING LEADERS DISCOVER BIBLICAL SOLUTIONS FOR REAL PROBLEMS, PROVIDING GUIDANCE & ACCOUNTABILITY FOR GENUINE GROWTH. IN 2021, 2 ON-FIELD TRAINING TRIPS WERE CONDUCTED. FURLOUGH / REENTRY: SESSIONS DESIGNED TO OFFER HELP FOR INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES DURING DIFFICULT TRANSITIONS. IN 2021, 12 FAMILIES COMPLETED FURLOUGH/REENTRY COACHING. PARTNERSHIP TRAINING: ASSISTING LOCAL FELLOWSHIPS IN BUILDING MORE EFFECTIVE, GRACE-FILLED PARTNERSHIPS THAT ARE ESSENTIAL IN HELPING LEADERS THRIVE AND REMAIN EFFECTIVE ON THE FIELD.
