TO PROVIDE CHARITABLE, LEGAL AND HUMANE CARE TO INJURED, ORPHANED OR OTHERWISE COMPROMISED WILDLIFE IN SERVICE TO APPLICABLE STATE AND LOCAL OFFICIALS, VETERINARIANS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC; B. TO EDUCATE THE GENERAL PUBLIC ABOUT NYS WILDLIFE INCLUDING COEXISTENCE, NATURAL HISTORY, HARM PREVENTION AND OTHER RELEVANT TOPICS; C. TO PROVIDE EMPLOYMENT AND EMPLOYMENT -TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES FOR PEOPLE RETURNING HOME FROM PRISONS, JAILS, OR DETENTION CENTERS AND PEOPLE UNDERGOING COURT-MANDATED COMMUNITY SERVICE; D.
