THE 'WORKPLACE' CURRICULUM FOCUSES ON WORKPLACE CIVILITY AND ESTABLISHES A CULTURE OF RESPONSIBILITY AND RESPECT AMONG EMPLOYEES. WE OFFER SKILL BUILDING FOR EMPLOYEES TO RECOGNIZE WORKPLACE HARASSMENT AND BULLYING AND INTERVENE BEFORE IT ESCALATES. NOAA IS A MAJOR CLIENT OF THE WORKPLACE CURRICULUM
BRINGING IN THE BYSTANDER CURRICULUM IS AIMED AT HIGH SCHOOL AND COLLEGE STUDENTS AND PROVIDES A COHESIVE APPROACH TO PREVENTION. IT OFFERS STUDENTS BYSTANDER INTERVENTION SKILL-BUILDING TO CREATE A SAFER, MORE RESPECTFUL SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT.
