GROUND GAME TEXAS: GROUND GAME TEXAS WAS FOUNDED IN 2021 AS AN INITIATIVE TO INCREASE PARTICIPATION IN CIVIC ENGAGEMENT AND VOTER TURNOUT THROUGH THE USE OF NONPARTISAN BALLOT INITIATIVES. IN 2022, GROUND GAME PLANNED AND DEVELOPED MULTIPLE CITY BALLOT MEASURE CAMPAIGNS. THESE INCLUDED PLANNING A MULTI-CITY CAMPAIGN IN SOUTH TEXAS TO PROMOTE BALLOT MEASURES TO ADOPT A $15/HOUR MINIMUM WAGE FOR CITY WORKERS AND CITY CONTRACTORS, AS WELL AS AN EL PASO CAMPAIGN TO PROMOTE ENVIRONMENTAL ACTION.
1. EVALUATED THE IMPACT AND COST-EFFECTIVENESS OF TACTICS AND ORGANIZATIONS, AND EDUCATED PHILANTHROPISTS ABOUT THREATS TO DEMOCRACY AND WAYS TO STRENGTHEN DEMOCRACY. 2.
