FOR THE YOUTHS, THERE IS THE COMPETITIVE AGE-GROUP SWIM TEAM THAT COMPETES IN THE EMPIRE STATE SWIM LEAGUE (ESSL) AS WELL AS IN USA SWIMMING, THE NATIONAL GOVERNING BODY FOR THE SPORT OF SWIMMING IN THE UNITED STATES. WITHIN USA SWIMMING, WE ARE A MEMBER OF THE METROPOLITAN SWIMMING CONFERENCE.AND FOR ADULTS, AGES 19 AND UP, THERE IS A U.S. MASTERS SWIMMING PROGRAM WITH WORKOUTS FROM CHALLENGING FOR THOSE ATHLETES LOOKING TO TRAIN TO A LESS STRENUOUS WORKOUT FOCUSED ON HEALTH AND FITNESS
