THE PROPERTY CONSISTS OF 20 UNITS LOCATED IN KEMMERER, WYOMING AND IS KNOWN AS EMERALD HOUSING. THE CORPORATION HAS ENTERED INTO A SECTION 8 HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENT CONTRACT WITH THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT.
