COMING OUT OF THE PANDEMIC, THE FOUNDATION HAS STARTED TO FULLY REYURN TO ITS NORMAL ACTIVITIES. FOR TAX YEAR 2023 THE FOUNDATION HONED IN ON 4 MAJOR PROJECTS: 1)R.E.F.U.E.L - PARTERNING WITH SCHOOLS AND ORGANIZATIONS IN UNDERSERVED AREAS, THE FOUNDATION PROVIDED HEALTHY SNACKS, HYDRATION, MENTAL WELLNESS, EDUCATION ANS SELF CARE ACTIVITIES.(REST, EAT, FUN, UNITY, EXERCISE, LOVE). BY PARTERNING WITH LOCAL SCHOOLS IN UNDERSERVED AREAS THE FOUNDATION IS ABLE TO REFUEL STUDENT ATHLETES. PROMOTING OPTIMAL PHYSICAL AND MENTAL WELL-BEING WHILE TACKLING STIGMA REDUCTION. THE FOUNDATION CONTINUED ITS MISSION THROUGH DONATIONS,SUPPORTING AND ESTABLISHING MENTORING PROGRAMS. 2) YOUTH MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID: THE FOUNDATION USES THE NATIONALLY RECOGNIZED EVIDENCE BASED, EARLY INTERVENTION PUBLIC EDUCATION TROUGH TRANING AS ITS MODE FOR THIS PROGRAM, IT TEACHS ADULTS HOW TO RECOGNIZE THE SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS THAT SUGGECTS A POTENTIAL MENTAL HEALTH CHALLENGE. THE FOUNDATION TRAINS STAFF AND VOLUNTEERS BOTH IN PERSON AND REMOTELY TO ASSIST IN THIS AREA. 3) RALLY CHAMPS: A UNIQUE MENTORING PROGRAM WHICH MATCHES STUDENTS INVOLVED IN SPORTS AND OTHER EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES WITH CARING ADULT VOLUNTEEERS. THIS IS IN THE ATTEMPT TO BOOSTER SELF-CONFIDENCE AND FOSTER A SENSE OF BELONGING; CREATING POSITIVE SOCIAL CONNECTIONS AND INSPIRING YOUTH TO REACH THEOR FULL POTENTION, 4) A WINDOW BETWEEN WORLDS. THIS PROGRAM USED TRAUMA- INFORMED ART WORKSHOPS FOR YOUTH AND ADUKTS TO PROMOTE RESILTENCY AND HEALING FOR TRAUMA SURVIVORS
