HOME OWNERSHIP AND FINANCIAL EDUCATION - THIS PROGRAM HELPS INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES UNDERSTAND BUDGETING AND IMPROVE THEIR FINANCIAL STABILITY BY DECREASING EXPENSES AND DEBT AND INCREASING SAVINGS.
