OUR MISSION IS TO BREAKDOWN PHYSICAL, SOCIETAL, AND RESEARCH BARRIERS FOR PEOPLE LIVING WITH PHYSICAL DISABILITIES.

SPLIT SECOND FOUNDATION OPERATES A HOLISTIC WELLNESS FACILITY PROVIDING FITNESS, MENTAL HEALTH, AND CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES TO PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES. SPLIT SECOND FITNESS HAS GROWN FROM 149 CLIENTS AT THE BEGINNING OF 2023 TO OVER 180 CLIENTS. THE FITNESS PROGRAM HAS MAINTAINED AN AVERAGE OF 70 ACTIVE CLIENTS MONTHLY, DEMONSTRATING A 90% RETENTION RATE. THE ORGANIZATION STARTED THE CARES PROGRAM IN JANUARY 2023 AND HIRED A DIRECTOR TO BUILD OUT THE PROGAM. THIS PROGRAM IS A COMPREHENSIVE MENTAL HEALTH AND CASE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM FOR CLIENTS AND CAREGIVERS THAT PROVIDES ONE-TO-ONE THERAPY, SUPPORT GROUPS, OLDER ADULT SUPPORT, RESOURCE NAVIGATION, AND CASE MANAGEMENT.
