THE FOUNDATION IS A NON-PROFIT, NON-STOCK DELAWARE CORPORATION FORMED SOLELY FOR CHARITABLE, RELIGIOUS, EDUCATIONAL, SCIENTIFIC, AND LITERARY PURPOSES.


THE FOUNDATION'S FOCUS IS THE FIELD OF EDUCATION THROUGH A SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM. IT WILL FUNCTION PRIMARILY AS A GRANT MAKING FOUNDATION AND AS SUCH, WILL PROVIDE FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR ORGANIZATIONS, INDIVIDUALS, AND PROGRAMS CONSISTENT WITH ITS CHARITABLE, RELIGIOUS, EDUCATIONAL, SCIENTIFIC, AND LITERARY PURPOSES.


THE FOUNDATION WILL ESTABLISH OBJECTIVE AND NONDISCRIMINATORY WRITTEN CRITERIA FOR THE DISTRIBUTION OF ITS FUNDS, AND ALL GRANTS WILL BE MADE IN FURTHERANCE OF THE FOUNDATION'S CHARITABLE PURPOSES.


THE FOUNDATION'S SELECTION PROCESS MAY VARY, BUT IN ANY EVENT, THE FOUNDATION WILL ONLY MAKE A GRANT UPON AN AFFIRMATIVE DETERMINATION THAT THE RECIPIENT IS A SUITABLE GRANTEE OF THE FOUNDATION AND THAT THE GRANT WILL FURTHER THE FOUNDATION'S CHARITABLE PURPOSES.
