THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO OFFER AMATEUR SPORTS PROGRAMS THROUGH A VOLUNTEER BASE FOR ALL PEOPLE; TO PROMOTE GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP AND GOOD CITIZENSHIP; TO CONDUCT PROGRAMS THAT PROVIDE FOR, ENHANCE AND STRENGTHEN PARTICIPATION AND COMPETITION FOR AMATEUR ATHLETES; TO WORK WITH OTHER SPORTS ORGANIZATIONS TO BENEFIT AMATEUR ATHLETES. THE ORGANIZATION IS FORMED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES, INCLUDING, FOR SUCH PURPOSES, THE MAKING OF DISTRIBUTIONS TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT QUALIFY AS EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE, OR THE CORRESPONDING SECTION OF ANY FUTURE TAX CODE.

THE ORGANIZATIONS' PROGRAM SERVICE ACCOMPLISHMENTS INCLUDE COACHING PLAYERS TO WORK HARD, ENCOURAGING SPORTSMAN LIKE CONDUCT, TRAVELING WITH THE TEAM TO TOURNAMENTS AROUND THE US TO PLAY OTHER AMATEUR TEAMS AND NETWORKING WITH PLAYERS AND COACHES. THE ORGANIZATION HAS PARTICIPATED IN OVER 12 BOY TOURNAMENTS AND 7 GIRL TOURNAMENTS AND PROVIDED 85 AMATEUR ATHLETES, FOR EACH GENDER WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO PARTICIPATE. THE LONG-TERM GOAL OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO OFFER AMATEUR ATHLETES AND VOLUNTEERS OPPORTUNITIES TO DEVELOP TO THEIR HIGHEST LEVEL THROUGH ASSISTING WITH RESOURCES TO PARTICIPATE IN NATIONAL AND LOCAL SPORTING EVENT.
