FLORIDA LITERACY ASSOCIATION CONFERENCE. THE ASSOCIATION PROVIDES PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR EDUCATORS, DISTRIBUTION OF RESEARCH. EDUCATORS FROM THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF FLORIDA HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO ENGAGE IN PROFESSIONAL NETWORKING, TO HONOR EDUCATORS FOR THEIR OUTSTANDING IMPACT TO EDUCATION. DUE TO THE IMPACTS OF COVID19 TO HOLDING AN IN-PERSON CONFERENCE, AS IN PRE-COVID19 YEARS, THE ORGANIZATION DID NOT HOLD A CONFERENCE IN THE REPORTING PERIOD. TO SUBSTITUTE, THE ORGANIZATION HELD POWER HOUR BROADCASTS VIA ZOOM, CONSISTING OF FREE PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION THE CONFERENCE WAS HELD VIRTUALLY IN 2021 DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS
