LEADERSHIP FORUM - THE ANNUAL GIVEN CATHOLIC YOUNG WOMENS LEADERSHIP FORUM IS DESIGNED TO HELP YOUNG ADULT CATHOLIC WOMEN WITH A HEART FOR MISSION AND AN APTITUDE FOR LEADERSHIP IDENTIFY THEIR PARTICULAR GIFTS AND FIND PRACTICAL PATHWAYS TO PUT THEM IN THE SERVICE OF THE GOSPEL. THE GIVEN FORUM PROVIDES LEADERSHIP TRAINING, FAITH FORMATION, AND MENTORING TO ENABLE THESE YOUNG WOMEN TO BETTER UNDERSTAND AND PURSUE THEIR PARTICULAR MISSION AND VOCATION.
GIVEN NETWORK - THE GIVEN INSTITUTE PROVIDES ONGOING FORMATION TO MEMBERS OF THE GIVEN NETWORK THROUGH ONLINE CONTENT AND REGIONAL EVENTS. THE REGIONAL GATHERINGS ARE HOSTED TO CONTINUE TO CONNECT CATHOLIC WOMEN, TO PROVIDE FAITH FORMATION AND LEADERSHIP TRAINING, AND TO ENCOURAGE PARTICIPANTS TO TAKE ACTION AND USE THEIR GIFTS FOR THE GOOD OF THEIR LOCAL COMMUNITIES.
MENTORING PROGRAM - THE GIVEN INSTITUTE RECRUITS AND TRAINS A NETWORK OF CATHOLIC WOMEN MENTORS WHO WANT TO ACCOMPANY YOUNG WOMEN TO ACTIVATE THEIR GIFTS FOR THE GOSPEL. PARTICULAR ATTENTION IS PAID TO THE WAYS THAT WOMEN INTEGRATE FAITH, INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS, PROFESSIONAL ASPIRATIONS, AND VOCATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES. THE MENTORING PROGRAM HAS THREE DISTINCT BUT RELATED COMPONENTS: MENTORING AT THE FORUM; DIGITAL WEBINARS; AND ONE-ON-ONE ACCOMPANIMENT.
