OUR PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO, (I) ENRICH THE FUTURES OF ORPHANED CHILDREN GLOBALLY BY IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF CARE IN ORPHANAGES; (II) FACILITATE INCREASES IN ADOPTION RATES; (III) SUPPORT CAREER COUNSELING AND TRAINING PROGRAMS FOR ADOLESCENT ORPHANS; (IV) FOSTER A MORE COHESIVE ONLINE COMMUNITY OF ADOPTIVE PARENTS; (V) EDUCATE POTENTIAL ADOPTIVE PARENTS ABOUT ADOPTION OPPORTUNITIES; (VI) INCREASE PUBLIC AWARENESS FOR ADOPTIONS; AND (VII) MAKE GRANTS TO ORGANIZATIONS IN THE UNITED STATES AND IN OTHER COUNTRIES WHO BOTH FURTHER THIS CORPORATION'S PURPOSE AND MISSION, AND WHO RECEIVE TREATMENT AS A PUBLIC CHARITY OR EQUIVALENT ORGANIZATION BY SUCH ORGANIZATION'S APPLICABLE TAXING AUTHORITY.

Part 3 - Line 4a

WE CONTINUED TO STRENGTHEN AND EXPAND OUR LAUNCHPAD FOR ADULTHOOD PROGRAM WITH OUR THREE CHARITABLE PARTNER ORGANIZATIONS IN INDIA. WE ARE PLEASED TO REPORT THAT AS OF END OF 2022 WE HAVE HAD 806 PARTICIPANTS IN THE PROGRAM INCLUDING 298 YOUTH ENROLLED IN 2022. TO DATE, 267 YOUTH HAVE SECURED EMPLOYMENT IN STEADY JOBS AFTER SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETING THEIR PROGRAMS AND WE HAVE HAD LESS THAN 5% DROPOUTS. WE HAVE ALSO CONTINUED OUR CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH LEARNING PROGRAM FOR THE YOUTH WITH OVER 300 PARTICIPANTS.


WE CONTINUED THE FREEFLIGHT PROGRAM STARTED IN FALL 2021, A UNIQUE PARENT-TEEN MEMBERSHIP CLUB IN THE US, TO HELP MIDDLE-SCHOOL AND HIGH-SCHOOL AGE TEENS NAVIGATE DIFFERENT PATHWAYS TO ADULTHOOD. WE CONTINUED WITH THE ENROLLED TEENS AND THEIR PARENTS FROM 2021 AND CONDUCTED MONTHLY SESSIONS TO HELP BUILD PRACTICAL LIFE SKILLS NOT TAUGHT IN SCHOOLS.
