THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986, AS AMENDED (THE "CODE"), OR ANY CORRESPONDING SECTION OF ANY FUTURE FEDERAL TAX CODE, BY AND THROUGH ANY LAWFUL ACT OR ACTIVITY FOR WHICH NONPROFIT CORPORATIONS MAY BE FORMED UNDER CHAPTER 1702 OF THE OHIO REVISED CODE.
