NONVIOLENT COMMUNICATION NVC IS A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION INITIATIVE AIMED AT PROMOTING EFFECTIVE AND PEACEFUL COMMUNICATION IN PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIPS. NVC EMPHASIZES EMPATHETIC LISTENING, EXPRESSING ONESELF IN A NONJUDGMENTAL WAY, AND FINDING MUTUALLY BENEFICIAL SOLUTIONS TO CONFLICTS. NVC IS BASED ON THE PRINCIPLE THAT ALL HUMAN BEINGS HAVE THE SAME BASIC NEEDS AND THAT CONFLICTS ARISE WHEN THESE NEEDS ARE NOT MET. BY USING NVC, INDIVIDUALS CAN LEARN TO IDENTIFY THEIR OWN NEEDS AND THE NEEDS OF OTHERS, COMMUNICATE THEM EFFECTIVELY, AND WORK TOGETHER TO FIND SOLUTIONS THAT MEET EVERYONES NEEDS. JAAGO CONDUCTED 20 WORKSHOPS, TRAINING SESSIONS, AND OTHER RESOURCES TO TEACH INDIVIDUALS HOW TO IMPLEMENT NVC PRINCIPLES IN THEIR DAILY LIVES. THE INITIATIVE EMPHASIZES THE IMPORTANCE OF EMPATHY, ACTIVE LISTENING, AND FINDING COMMON GROUND IN RESOLVING CONFLICTS.
