THE LIVING ROOM CENTER--DONATIONS TO THE LIVING ROOM CENTER, WHICH PROVIDES DROP-IN DAY SERVICES FOR HOMELESS WOMEN AND CHILDREN


REBUILDING TOGETHER PETALUMA RTP KEEPS ROOFS OVER THE HEADS OF SENIORS WHO CANNOT AFFORD TO FIX THEIR HOMES. THE ORGANIZATION KEEPS SENIORS AND INDIGENT FAMILIES FROM BEING RED-TAGGED BY THE CITY. OUR ORGANIZATION SUPPORTS THE REPAIRS FOR THOSE HOUSES, WHICH SUPPORTS THE MISSION OF OUR ORGANIZATION TO LEVEL THE PLAYING FIELD FOR THOSE LESS FORTUNATE.


WEST COUNTY COMMUNITY SERVICES WCCS SERVES THE HOMELESS COMMUNITY IN SONOMA COUNTY. OUR ORGANIZATION ENABLED A EATING AREA TO BE BUILT OUTDOORS FOR A HOUSE INHABITED BY FORMERLY HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS. THIS SUPPORTS THE MISSION OF OUR ORGANIZATION TO LEVEL THE PLAYING FIELD FOR THOSE LESS FORTUNATE.


GRATON GREEN GRATON GREEN BUILT A PLAYGROUND FOR LOW INCOME CHILDREN WHO HAVE NO OTHER PLACE TO PLAY. WEINREB PILECKI SEGAL FOUNDATION SUPPORTED THE BUILDING OF A PLAY STRUCTURE AT THE LOCAL PARK, WHICH SUPPORTS THE MISSION OF OUR ORGANIZATION TO LEVEL THE PLAYING FIELD FOR THOSE LESS FORTUNATE.
