THE ORGANIZATION'S PRIMARY OBJECTIVE IS TO TRAIN AND PAIR SERVICE DOGS WITH A VARIETY OF SPECIAL NEEDS PATIENTS.

SERVICE DOG TRAINING: THE ORGANIZATION PURCHASES, CARES FOR, AND TRAINS SERVICE DOGS TO BE PLACED WITH AUTISTIC INDIVIDUALS AT LITTLE TO NO COST TO THE RECIPIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES. IN 2021 WE ENDED THE YEAR WITH 5 DOGS IN TRAINING, DAISY, EVIE, FRED, GEORGE & HARVEY. BUDDY GRADUATED IN SEPTEMBER OF 2021 AND HAS BEEN PLACED WITH HIS RECIPIENT. CLEO WAS PLACED WITH A VETERAN THROUGH ANOTHER ORGANIZATION, VETS SERVICE DOGS IN ILLINOIS. WE ENDED 2021 WORKING WITH 4 APPROVED RECIPIENTS AND HAVE NOW MOVED TO A WAITING LIST FOR DOGS. WE SCHEDULE WEEKLY TRAINING/MEETINGS WITH EACH OF THE RECIPIENTS TO FACILITATE BONDING FOR ABOUT 1 YEAR BEFORE THE DOG IS PLACED WITH THE RECIPIENT.
