IN EARLY 2021, CITIZENDETROIT CONCLUDED ITS OBLIGATION AS VENDOR TO WAYNE STATE UNIVERSITY BY PAYING MUNICIPAL MEETING REPORTERS UNDER THE DOCUMENTERS PROGRAM (DOCUMENTERS.ORG). THIS PROGRAM IS NOW ADMINISTERED BY OUTLIER MEDIA. VOTER EDUCATION CONTINUED WITH A VIRTUAL DINNER AND DIALOGUES CONCERNING A THEN-UPCOMING PROPOSAL R BALLOT INITIATIVE AND DISCUSSION OF THE CONSEQUENCES OF THE 2020 ELECTION. IN LATE 2021, THE TWO-YEAR CITIZEN MANUAL PROJECT CONCLUDED WITH THE PRINTING OF THE BOOK FOR DETROIT HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS AND A SUBSET PRINTING FOR CITIZENDETROIT'S USE.
