OUR MISSION IS TO HELP FIRST RESPONDERS ACTIVE MILITARY AND VETERANS AS WELL AS THE LOCAL COMMUNITY BE FIT TO SERVE AS WELL AS IN THEIR EVERY DAY LIVES.

RUNNING AND OPERATING A COMPLETE HEALTH CENTER GYM. THIS INCLUDES INDIVIDUALS WORKING OUT ALONE AS WELL AS VARIOUS GROUP CLASSES WITH CERTIFIED INSTRUCTORS. WE SERVE OUR RURAL COMMUNITY WITH FREE CLASSES FOR HIGH RISK INDIVIDUALS THAT HAVE EXPERIENCED A CARDIAC EVENT HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE OR STRUGGLE WITH OBESITY. THE FITNESS CENTER ACQUIRED A NEW FACILITY IN 2020 AND MAJOR RENOVATIONS BEGAN IN 2021WITH COMPLETION IN 2022.
TRAINING LAW ENFORCEMENT VETERANS AND FIRST RESPONDERS. OUR PRIMARY ACCOMPLISHMENT DURING 2021 WAS HAVING HUNDREDS OF ACTIVE MILITARY VETERANS AND FIRST RESPONDERS WORK OUT AND USE OUR FACILITY FOR FREE. OF THE 1,053 GYM MEMBERS 333 ARE LAW ENFORCEMENT VETERANS AND FIRST RESPONDERS WHO ALSO RECEIVE NUTRITIONAL COACHING.
POLICE FITNESS CHALLENGE ANNUAL OBSTACLE RACE WAS CANCELLED IN 2020 DUE TO COVID BUT WAS EXECUTED IN 2021 AND WAS A HUGE SUCCESS. INCOME IS GENERATED BY PARTICIPANTS IN THE CHALLENGE PAYING A NOMINAL ENTRANCE FEE WHICH SUPPORTS OUR YEARLONG EVENTS FOR VETERANS LAW ENFORCEMENT AND FIRST RESPONDERS. THERE IS ALSO A BENEFIT CONCERT AFTER THE RACE. THIS EVENT PROMOTES THE BENEFITS OF AN ACTIVE LIFESTYLE AND HONORS OUR FIRST RESPONDERS.
