IN 2019, THE FOUNDATION'S PRIMARY FOCUS WAS PROVIDING TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF AN ELECTRONIC RESOURCE TOOL IN CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OH FOR THEIR HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES DEPARTMENT, THE OFFICE OF REENTRY. THIS ACTIVITY INCLUDED VERIFYING LOCAL RESOURCE PROVIDER INFORMATION AND INPUTTING IT IN THE TOOL. ADDITIONALLY, THE FOUNDATION CREATED TWO REAL PROGRAMS; THE WORKSHOP IS AN AWARENESS PROGRAM FOR CURRENTLY INCARCERATED INDIVIDUALS RETURNING TO THE COMMUNITY AND WHAT RESOURCES ARE AVAILABLE TO THEM AND THE OTHER AN EVENT TO EDUCATE THE COMMUNITY ON THE IMPORTANCE OF COLLABORATION, CONNECTIVITY AND COMMUNITY, IN THE CONTEXT OF ASSISTING INCARCERATED AND FORMERLY INCARCERATED INDIVIDUALS.
