THROUGH THIS PROGRAM, RUP ORGANIZERS HELD AT LEAST THOUSANDS OF NON-PARTISAN, ISSUE-BASED CONVERSATIONS WITH VOTERS TO LEARN THE MOST EFFECTIVE WAY TO ORGANIZE IN UNDERREPRESENTED RURAL COMMUNITIES.
