THE FOUNDATION HAS BEEN ORGANIZED TO PROVIDE BENEVOLENT ASSISTANCE TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED, SPECIFICALLY THOSE WHO SUFFER FROM FIBROMYALGIA AND OTHER CHRONIC PAIN ILLNESSES. IN 2018 THE FOUNDATION LAID THE GROUNDWORK TO BEGIN THEIR CHARITBALE GIVING IN THE 2019 TAX YEAR.
THE MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS INCURRED TO OPERATE THE FOUNDATION, DIRECTLY SUPPORT, AND ARE NECESSARY TO CARRY OUT THE CHARITABLE PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES CONDUCTED BY THE FOUNDATION.
