THE ORGANIZATION HAS ACQUIRED 2 APARTMENT COMPLEXES AND ONE SINGLE FAMILY HOME WHICH TOTAL 26 UNITS. WE PLAN TO START RENOVATIONS FOR THESE LOW-INCOME HOUSING PROJECTS IN THE NEXT 2 YEARS. WE ASSIST WITH LOW-COST RENOVATIONS/CONSTRUCTION FOR CURRENT HOMEOWNERS IN ATLANTA NEIGHBORHOODS. WE CONTINUE TO PARTNER WITH WEST SIDE FUTURE FUND AND GROVE PARK RENEWAL ON DEVELOPMENT PROPERTY PROJECTS.
