TO PROVIDE LEADERSHIP, STRATEGIC DIRECTION, AND FINANICAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL RESOURCE SUPPORT TO FOUR SPECIAL NEEDS AND INNER-CITY NON- PROFIT HOCKEY ORGANIZATIONS LOCATED IN WESTERN, SOUTHWESTERN, AND NORTHERN PENNSYLVANIA WITH THE GOAL OF DEVELOPING A NATIONAL PLATFORM. THE FOUNDATIONS'S MISSION IS TO EMBRACE INDIVIDIUALS WITH DISABILITIES, PROMOTE GENDER EQUALITY, AND SUPPPORT THE INCLUSION OF ATHLETES FROM SOCIO AND ECONOMOICALLY DIVERSE BACKGROUNDS IN ALL ASPECTS OF HOCKEY AND DRIVE POSITIVE SOCIAL CHANGE.
