WASTEWATER - PROVIDE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO RURAL DEVELOPMENT FUNDED AND POTENTIALLY FUNDED WASTEWATER SYSTEMS; APPROX. 720 SERVED.


SOURCEWATER - PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO RURAL AND SMALL COMMUNITIES IN THE FORMATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF SOURCE WATER PROTECTION PLANS IN AN EFFORT TO REDUCE OR ELIMINATE THE POTENTIAL RISKS TO DRINKING WATER SUPPLIES.
