TO INSPIRE GEORGIANS TO GET OUTSIDE AND RIDE A MOUNTAIN BIKE THROUGH INCLUSIVE PROGRAMS THAT CHAMPION THE INTEREST OF EVERYONE WHO RIDES OR WANTS TO RIDE A BICYCLE IN OUR STATE.

BY THE END OF 2021, THE GEORGIA INTERSCHOLASTIC CYCLING LEAGUE HELPED TO CREATE 68 TEAMS WITH 660 COACHES AND 1,170 ATHLETES WITHIN THE STATE OF GEORGIA. THE LEAGUE ORGANIZES AND EXECUTES FIVE RACES EACH YEAR IN WHICH THESE TEAMS COMPETE, IN ADDITION TO PROVIDING TEAM, COACH, AND ATHLETE TRAINING AND SUPPORT. OVER $6,000 IN SCHOLARSHIPS AND $3,175 IN LOANER BIKES WERE AWARDED TO DESERVING ATHLETES AND COACHES.
