THE PERFORMANCE OF RELIGIOUS, CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TEACHINGS, DISCIPLINE, TRADITIONS, AND CANON LAW OF THE ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH, AND THE CONSTITUTION AND STATUTES OF THE INSTITUTE OF THE MISSIONARY SISTERS OF THE SACRED HEART OF JESUS (THE "INSTITUTE"). IN FURTHERANCE THEREOF TO (I) ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN HOSPITALS, MEDICAL CLINICS, DISPENSARIES, BOARDING HOSTELS, OUTREACH PROGRAMS, HOME BASED CARE PROGRAMS AND OTHER HEALTH RELATED FACILITIES AND PROGRAMS; (II) TO CARE FOR AND PROVIDE SUSTENANCE, EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF ORPHANS AND POOR CHILDREN; (III) TO PROVIDE SOCIAL AND EDUCATIONAL SERVICES TO ADULT MEN AND WOMEN, INCLUDING PASTORAL CARE SERVICES; AND (IV) TO ACQUIRE NECESSARY PROPERTY AND THE ERECTION OF NECESSARY BUILDINGS FOR SUCH PURPOSE OR PURPOSES.
