THE ORGANIZATION CREATES ADOPTION RECRUITMENT PROFILE VIDEOS THAT HIGHLIGHT A CHILD'S STORY AND HELP TO SOLIDIFY THE REALITY THAT FOSTER YOUTH ENTER THE CHILD WELFARE SYSTEM THROUGH NO FAULT OF THEIR OWN. THE ORGANIZATION WORKS WITH THE MINNESOTA STATE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES, THE MINNESOTA STATE ADOPTION EXCHANGE, COUNTIES, AND PRIVATE ADOPTION AGENCIES TO FIND FOREVER FAMILIES FOR CHILDREN WAITING IN FOSTER CARE AND WHO WOULD BENEFIT FROM A RECRUITMENT VIDEO.
