THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES SUPPORT TO EMPLOYEES OF RUSH ENTERPRISES, INC. WHO DEMONSTRATE FINANCIAL NEED BECAUSE OF AN UNFORESEEN HARDSHIP INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PROPERTY DAMAGE TO THE EMPLOYEE'S PRIMARY RESIDENCE FROM FIRE OR NATURAL DISASTER, DEATH OF AN IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBER, EXCESSIVE MEDICAL EXPENSES OR LOSS OF INCOME DUE TO ILLNESS OR INJURY. THE ORGANIZATION WILL PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS TO CHILDREN OF EMPLOYEES WHO DEMONSTRATE FINANCIAL NEED IN ORDER TO CONTINUE THEIR EDUCATION.
