F5 PROJECT IS DEDICATED TO HELPING CITIZENS TRANSITION FROM CONFINEMENT TO A NEW LIFE THROUGH SERVING OFFENDERS IN THE COMMUNITY. IN 2021, WE HAVE HELPED TRANSITION MANY PEOPLE PRISON, JAIL AND TREATMENT CENTERS INTO OUR SOBER HOMES AND EVENTUALLY INTO THEIR OWN APARTMENT THROUGH F5'S CERTIFICATE PROGRAM. F5 HAS BEEN ABLE TO TRANSPORT PARTICIPANTS TO JOB INTERVIEWS, APPOINTMENTS AND WORK, ALSO PROVIDE PEER SUPPORT RECOVERY SERVICES, LEGAL ASSISTANCE, FAMILY SUPPORT AND SOFT/HARD SKILLS TRAINING FOR WORK. F5 ALSO BRANCHED OUT INTO MANY NEW AREAS. WE NOW HAVE EMPLOYEES IN FARGO, GRAND FORKS, BISMARCK, MINOT, DICKINSON, WILLISTON. F5 NOW HAS ENTERED INTO MN AND OPENED A HOUSE FOR RE-ENTRY.OTHER ACCOMPLISHMENTS INCLUDE: SINCE BECOMING OFFICIAL CONTRACTORS WITH THE STATE OF ND, SIGNING A CONTRACT TO PROVIDE CARE COORDINATION WITH PEOPLE COMING OUT OF PRISON WE NOW HAVE 350 ACTIVE PARTICIPANTS THAT WE HAVE PARTNERED WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS TO SERVE. IN 2021 WE RAISED $140,000 ON THE THIRD YEAR OF PARTICIPATING IN GIVING HEARTS DAY. THROUGH PARTNERSHIPS WITH THE PRISON AND JAILS WE HAVE STARTED 17 INSTITUTIONAL F5 MEETINGS WHERE WE BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH PEOPLE WHILE STILL INCARCERATED AND HELP THEM TRANSITION INTO ONE OF OUR 8 HOUSES BETWEEN FARGO, GRAND FORKS AND BISMARCK. WE HAVE ALSO WORKED WITH LAWMAKERS AND HELPED CREATE AND SPEAK ON ISSUES SUCH AS MINIMUM MANDATORIES, CRIMINAL RECORD SEALS, RE-ENTRY, JUVANILE SERVICES, PRISON REFORM.
