1) LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT - HEALING TO ACTION PROMOTES THE INDIVIDUAL AND COLLECTIVE TRANSFORMATION OF SURVIVORS THROUGH A COMMUNITY-DESIGNED PROGRAM THAT BUILDS RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN SURVIVORS TO BREAK THROUGH THEIR PERSONAL ISOLATION, FACILITATE THEIR COLLECTIVE HEALING FROM TRAUMA, AND PROVIDE SKILLS AND TRAINING SO SURVIVORS CAN ORGANIZE AGAINST STRUCTURAL BARRIERS THAT PERPETUATE GENDER-BASED VIOLENCE. 2) GRASSROOTS ORGANIZING - SEXED WORKS IS HEALING TO ACTIONS FIRST SURVIVOR-DESIGNED AND SURVIVOR-LED CAMPAIGN. GRADUATES OF HTAS LEADERSHIP PROGRAM CAME UP WITH THE CAMPAIGN IDEA AFTER INTENSIVE HEALING AND COMMUNITY-BUILDING THAT ILLUMINATED THE MULTIPLE FORMS OF TRAUMA THEY HAD ENDURED THROUGHOUT THEIR LIVES.
