DURING THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING OCTOBER 21, 2020 DIRECTION61:3 HAD THE FOLLOWING PROGRAM SERVICE ACCOMPLISHMENTS: -HIRED TWO ADDITIONAL HOUSE PARENTS -HIRED A PART TIME PROGRAM DIRECTOR -OPENED A THIRD HOME ON OCTOBER 1, 2020 FOR YOUNG MEN AGES 15-22 WHO ARE AGING OUT OF FOSTER CARE -HOUSED 2 YOUNG WOMEN AGE 16 WHO HAD BEEN TRAFFICKED IN THE SEX TRADE -PROVIDED HOUSING AND SUPPORT FOR 14 YOUTH WHO ARE TRANSITIONING OUT OF FOSTER CARE -ENROLLED 95% IN AN EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM -SECURED VEHICLES FOR 2 YOUTH WHO ARE AGING OUT OF CARE -95% OF YOUTH PARTICIPATED IN LIFE SKILLS TRAINING -ASSISTED 7 CLIENTS WITH OBTAINING BIRTH CERTIFICATES AND SOCIAL SECURITY CARDS -COMPLETED THE OAK CREEK PLACE EXPANSION AND OPENED ON SEPTEMBER 15, 2020 -95% OF ALL RESIDENTS HAVE ATTENDED A LOCAL CHURCH ON A REGULAR BASIS -85% OF ALL CLASSES WERE PASSED BY ALL CLIENTS
