SUITING PROGRAM - DFSRNN PROVIDES PROFESSIONAL INTERVIEW ATTIRE FOR WOMEN THAT HAVE SECURED AN INTERVIEW WITH A LOCAL COMPANY. DFSRNN ALSO PROVIDES UP TO A WEEK'S WORTH OF PROFESSIONAL ATTIRE IF THE WOMAN SUCESSFULLY LANDS THE JOB. ATTIRE PROVIDED INCLUDED SUITS, BLOUSES, DRESSES, SHOES, PURSES, OVERCOATS AND ACCESSORIES. DFSRNN SUITED APPROXIMATELY 25 WOMEN FOR INTERVIEW PURPOSES AND APPROXIMATELY 10 WOMEN FOR WORKING ATTIRE IN 2020. INCLUDED IN THE REVENUE AND EXPENSE ABOVE ARE $259,658 OF DONATED CLOTHING FROM THE COMMUNITY AND NATIONS VENDORS. IN 2020, DFSRNN HAD OVER 1,300 VOLUNTEER HOURS AND APPROXIMATELY $17,700 IN DONATED SPACE AND UTILITES FOR ITS SUITING BOUTIQUE. COVID REDUCED THE NUMBER OF WOMEN WE SERVED IN 2020. FROM UNDERSTANDING CORPORATE CULTURE TO MANAGING PERSONAL FINANCES, CAREER NOVICES ARE OFTEN LEFT TO NAVIGATE THE UNWRITTEN RULES OF THE WORKPLACE WITH LITTLE OR NO SUPPORT. THE PROFESSIONAL WOMEN'S GROUP (PWG) BOLSTERS THE CAREERS OF SUCCESSFULLY EMPLOYED DRESS FOR SUCCESS WOMEN BY PROVIDING THEM WITH A NETWORK OF SUPPORT, PRACTICAL INFORMATION, AND INSPIRATION TO REMAIN EMPLOYED SO THEY CAN TRULY THRIVE.
