PROJECT HOPE - MEDICATION ASSISTED TREATMENT (MAT)OF OPIOID USE DISORDER. IN COMBINATION WITH EVIDENCE-BASED COUNSELING AND BEHAVIORAAL THEREAPIES, A HOLISTIC APPROACH TO THE THE TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WAS APPLIED. SCR REACHED OVER 137 UNDUPLICATED PATIENTS IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA. IN THE PROCESS SCR DEVELOPED THE OPIOID TREATEMENT COALITION, COMPRISED OF APPROXIMATELY 10 COMMUNITY PARTNER ORGANIZATIONS THAT MEET QUARTERLY TO EXCHANGE IDEAS, INFORMTAION AND PROCEDURES. FUNDED BY SAMHSA - SUBSTANCE ABUSE AND MENTAL HEALTH SERVICE ADMIN. PROJECT LIFELINE - NORTHERN CALIFORNIA SUICIDE PREVENTION PROGRAM SUPPORTED INDIVIDUALS SUFFERING FROM MENTAL HEALTH SYMPTOMS RELATED TO THE DIRECT OR INDIRECT IMPACT OF COVID-19 PANDEMIC.
