LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT - (EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION, LAW ENFORCEMENT ENGAGEMENT, CIVICS, EXPLORATORY LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT)I AM MENTALITY WILL STRIVE TO WORK TOWARDS PROVIDING A SPACE WHERE YOUNG MEN CAN LEARN WAYS IN WHICH THEY CAN COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY WITH THEIR PEERS. IN A WORLD THAT IS INCREASINGLY BECOMING MORE DANGEROUS AND UNSTABLE, IT IS IMPORTANT TO TEACH THE FUTURE GENERATION ABOUT MINDFULNESS AND WAYS IN WHICH THEY COPE AND EXPRESS THE ISSUES THAT IMPACT THEIR EVERYDAY LIVES. I AM MENTALITY AIMS TO WORK TOWARDS BENEFITTING THE LIVES OF YOUNG MEN AND ALLOWING THEM TO LEARN, HAVE FUN, AND MAKE FRIENDS. THE YOUNG MEN ARE CONSTANTLY LEARNING AND EXPANDING ON CONCEPTS THAT GO BEYOND WHAT THEY LEARN IN SCHOOL. DURING THIS TRAINING, YOUTH WILL LEARN ABOUT EFFECTIVE AND DYNAMIC COMMUNICATION TOOLS, STRATEGIES TO CHECK FOR UNDERSTANDING, AND ACTIVITIES THAT ENGAGE ADULTS IN COMMUNICATION TO SUPPORT THEIR OWN SOCIAL EMOTIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND CHARACTER BUILDING. EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION IS TAUGHT AS A YEARLONG PROGRAM.
