THE HOMEOWNERSHIP INSTITUTE OFFERS AN 8-WEEK HOMEBUYER EDUCATION COURSE WITH A GOAL OF CREATING 50 PRE-APPROVED BORROWERS PER YEAR. TAUGHT BY LOCAL REALTORS, LENDERS, AND ESCROW PROFESSIONALS, THE HOMEOWNERSHIP INSTITUTE PARTICIPANTS ALSO RECEIVE ONE-ON-ONE CREDIT AND FINANCIAL COACHING AND A CASH STIPEND FOR COMPLETING THE CLASSES. THE HOMEOWNERSHIP PROGRAM HAS SERVED AROUND 45 PEOPLE FOR THE YEAR OF 2022.
AS PART OF THE SW FRESNO SMALL BUSINESS RESOURCE CENTER, THE MICROBUSINESS INCUBATOR WILL NURTURE SMALL BUSINESSES IN THE SOUTHWEST FRESNO COMMUNITY. THE MICROBUSINESS PROGRAM SERVED 22 PEOPLE FOR THE YEAR OF 2022.
