THIS WILL HELP STOP THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND COMMUNITY DETERIORATION AND LESSEN NEIGHBORHOOD TENSIONS. THE ASSOCIATION WILL PROMOTE THE AREA TO THE COMMUNITY AND TOURISTS TO ATTRACT ADDITIONAL BUSINESSES TO THE AREA TO REFURBISH THE AREA'S DETERIORATING BUILDINGS.
