SUPPORT AND CONTINUE THE GOOD WORKS OF ITS MISSIONARIES AT HOME AND ACROSS THE GLOBE, SPECIFICALLY FOR THE BRETHREN IN SOUTH AFRICA AND ZIMBABWE, WHO ARE COMMITTED TO CARING FOR THE PHYSICAL AND SPIRITUAL NEEDS OF LOST, HURTING AND DISENFRANCHISED PEOPLE. SUPPORT PEOPLE BY TRAINING AND EQUIPPING FUTURE CHURCH LEADERS AND CONSTRUCTING AND OPERATING CHURCHES IN THESE AREAS, SUPPLYING CRITICAL MEDICAL CARE WHERE NEEDED AND HELPING TO REBUILD THE LIVES OF THOSE IN AREAS DEVASTATED BY WAR OR NATURAL DISASTER.

2021 MINISTRY ACTIVITIES 1. THE FASA YOUTH MINISTRY WAS SHUT DOWN MOST OF THE YEAR DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS WITHIN THE COUNTRY OF SOUTH AFRICA. HOWEVER IN THE LAST QUARTER OF THE YEAR WE WERE ABLE TO RE-ENTER FOUR OF THE SCHOOLS THAT WE PREVIOUSLY MINISTERED IN TO CONDUCT WEEKLY LEARNERS CHRISTIAN ORGANIZATION CLUBS IN COORDINATION WITH SCHOOL ADMINISTRATIONS. WE WERE ALSO ABLE TO HOLD A YOUTH RALLY IN THE MONTH OF OCTOBER CALLED SET APART SAT. 2. IN THE FIRST QUARTER OF 2021 WE TOOK OVER ALL OPERATIONS OF THE FOLD CHILDRENS HOME BY INSTALLING NEW LEADERSHIP, AND BEGAN THE PROCESS OF OVERHAULING ALL SYSTEMS, PROCESSES, PROCEDURES, AND ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS. A. THIS INCLUDED GREATLY INCREASING THE QUALITY OF THE SCHOOL WITH CONTINUING EDUCATION FOR THE EXISTING TEACHERS, HIRING AN ADDITIONAL TEACHER, CHANGING THE ENTIRE CURRICULUM, OFFERING AFTER SCHOOL HELP TO STRUGGLING STUDENTS, AND PURCHASING UNIFORMS FOR ALL STUDENTS. B. WE ALSO IMPROVED THE BUILDING AND GROUNDS BY EXPANDING THE GARDENS, PURCHASING NEW APPLIANCES, TILING THE FLOORS IN THE HOMES AND REPAIRING THE PLAY GROUND EQUIPMENT. WE ALSO PURCHASED EQUIPMENT TO SUPPLY A MORE ROBUST AND EXPANDED WIFI SYSTEM ACROSS THE WHOLE PROPERTY, ALONG WITH LAPTOPS FOR ALL STUDENTS IN THE HIGHER GRADES.C. AND FINALLY WE IMPROVED THE HOME LIFE OF THE STUDENTS, BY ADDING CONTINUAL EDUCATION TO ALL THE HOUSE MOTHERS, INSTALLING APPROPRIATE PROTOCOLS, INCREASING THE SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM, BUYING ADDITIONAL CLOTHING FOR ALL STUDENTS, IMPROVING THE HEALTH CARE OF THE STUDENTS AND EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLYING EACH OF THEM WITH CHRISTMAS PRESENTS AT THE END OF THE YEAR.
